The Huang laboratory uses integrated chemical approaches to bridge the glycome and
proteome to understand and control
stem cell fates and glycosylation
diseases. A key theme of our lab
is the study of glycans in the
context of the proteome.
We employ techniques
in synthetic organic chemistry,
analytical mass spectrometry,
and protein engineering to
illuminate glycan-protein
biology.

N-glycan analysis of purified glycoproteins

We are seeking collaborators! Please get in touch if you're looking to determine what types of N-glycans your protein or cell has!

We had a smashingly successful graduate recruiting weekend! Thanks for visiting!
